RE: HDR in IDS 10.0xc5: slow Secondary restart

I've submitted the problem to the ESR system.
Actually, I ran into another problem with HDR on 10.FC5:
When FASTPOLL is set to '1' (enabled) on Secondary,
one of NETVP oninit's is consuming all available cpu
resources of a single cpu on Seconsdary.
I know, that it doesn't make much sense to use 'epoll'
on Secondary (hardly anybody has handreds of network connections
on Secondary), but still it makes sense to have similar
configuration on both machines...
I filed this as another problem to ESR
