Hi , Thomas I always connect Informix DataBase Server(NT or UNIX) with Borland's SQL-LINK. You can connect Informix DataBase Server without ODBC drivers. You must install Informix-Cli on you Client machines , then use any middlewares(ODBC , SQL-LINK ...) to connect Informix DataBase Server. By the way , you also setup setnet32 some parameters on the Clients.
