SE SELECT DB

Some time ago (app. a year) there was some information about the inability to use synonyms and selecting databases in SE through INET. The solution appeared to be with the installation and bypassing the question asking about multiple hosts. == The database is addressed in DBPATH the same way on both engines. This works on one SE but not the other. select * from <dbname>:<table> The error we get is 554:"Syntax disallowed in this database server." The SE/INET versions are the same 4.10 on both systems. == Ring a bell with someone. Thanx. -- Mikea
