Yes... but what is your given environment ?? Do you have specific tables you want to update or do the entire database ?? Are there different levels of UPDATE that you want to perform for different tables ?? Art S. Kagel has a good stats update routine on iiug. Basically, you can do whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want. Just create a script that sets your environment and calls an sql script to update stats. Easy, peasy !!
