Hi, I'm using IDS 4 Linux on an Intel based system. Does anyone know if it is possible to run it on a Alpha Linux machina. Thanks in advance, Joao

I WANT MY A.O.L. (Alpha on Linux) Informix! Joao, I've spoken several times (about 30) with Informix Linux product management. They have not committed an Alpha port yet, so I am still using my Digital UNIX and Alpha Online and IDS environments, plus Intel IDS environments. The Intel environments (despite 128 MB to 192 MB RAM) still don't perform like I want them. I also have older Alpha servers running Red Hat Linux and they all outperform the newest Intel boxes.
