As a quick suggestion do this unload as you have before but select
ROWID as one of the columns to unload, when the unload fails tail the
unload file and the ROWID of the affected row should be apparent.
now, update the date in the bad row, delete the row and re-add it or
whatever you need to do to fix it...Hope this helps.

Do not do a negated logic select to try to find the row...as you have
experienced it likely won't work.
