Anybody knows this bug ?

Hi, We are actually testing Informix 4GL version 4.14 on our RISC 6000 machine with AIX 4.1.1. Informix SE version is 5.01. We are experiencing bad crashes with some of our programs. It happens when we call another program that returns a value. For example, function xyz() define l_var_run char(256) let l_var_run = "fglgo logname database program_name F 1 1 1 Y" run l_var_run returning l_status F = French 1 = add permission 1 = modify permission 1 = delete permission Y = interpreted (as opposed to compiled) The called program will run normally but the calling program will crash on the retunring statement. If we call a program without specifying "returning l_status", all goes well. If youv've seen this and have a solution or workaround, I would appreciate hearing about it.
