New Era 2.11 dev under NT 4.0 Client

Hi, Is it possible to run New Era 2.11 development under NT 4.0 Client for deployment on Windows 3.11 and 95? Database is Informix SE 5.05 on DG/UX If so, are there any Gotcha's etc?
