Maybe kill 2 birds with one stone: have it put ALL messages with attachments (and/or HTML) content in a special category that requires list moderation. Or advanced scanning/processing. Essentially regress to the list's "text only" format? I WILL try to overcome linguistic differences, but I don't talk virus (and HTML email/MicroSlop trailers could be considered that).
