WebKit 4GL question.

I'm developing a basic comunication between the web server and our Informix server. The web page could be installed ina machine with Windows NT or in a machine with linux. The Informix server is in a Sun with Solaris. I know that the webkit cgi must be in the Informix server, but how do i send the answer of the query sent by the webserver? The 4gl-cgi-script has the function icgi-mimetype("text/html") but how does it know where to send the page created? expecially if I call the 4gl-cgi from an interface-cgi between the web-server and the 4gl-cgi script.
