ESQL/C and C++

Forgive me if this has been answered here already. Can ESQL/C be used in C++ code? I searched the Informix manuals that I have, but found no mention of C++. I asked an Informix trainer, and she said she thought it could. I should think so too. Anyone know for sure? Thanks very much, Dirk
