Informix JDBC row locks

Hi everyboy, do anyone know, how can I lock a row o set of rows in informix from a Java application? My database is Informix 7.23, it is not a transactional db :(. I can lock the table but not the row. Any help was ....... Thank you much in advance best regards .pcs

The non-transactional database means that there isn't any way to lock a set of rows - you'd have to have a database with transactions to do that. Incidentally, version 7.23 is not supported any more; it is not officially Y2K-compliant.
