IDS 11.50 or IDS 11.70 ?

Hi, What is the migration path from IDS 11.50.xC7 : IDS 11.70.xCx or IDS 11.50xCx ? In other words, will there be IDS 11.50 releases after 11.50.xC8 ? Best Regards, Henri MOUKOURI

There will continue to be updates and bug fixes to 11.50 beyond .xC8 (and even to 11.10) until the product goes out of support. I don't think that the end-of-service date for 11.50 has been announced yet. At this time, I would, as I have said elsewhere, recommend continuing with 11.50 at least until 11.70.xC2 but I would STRONGLY recommend that you get 11.70 under an upgrade agreement (or get one of the free 11.70 editions), install it on a QA or DEV server, and thoroughly test it with your existing software and processes so that if you find any show stopper bugs, you can report them and make sure that when the time comes to upgrade to 11.70 any bugs that will hurt you will have been fixed in the patch release that you ultimately go to. This will also give you a chance to determine if there are any 11.70 features that you can take advantage of to improve your operations or services. Art Art S. Apparently 11.50.xC8 is the last of the 11.50 series. There might be patches . All of the new functionnalities Will be in the 11.70 versions. If your question is migration, you can migrate directly to 11.70.
