How i can create a RAW disk device in Windows NT 4.0?

Dear friends: I'm a recent Informix user, i have installed Informix Dynamic Server in a Windows NT 4.0 system, but i don't know how i can create a raw device in this SO. Somebody Knows how i can do that? Please e-mail me. Greetings.
