How to check System Resources Utilization

Dear All, We have AIX4.3 and IDS 7.3, two Hardware Processors and 2GB of = Physical Memory. I just want to make sure that whether we are utilizing = our resources efficiently or not. Command 'sar -PALL' shows stats of = every processor. 'vmstat' shows about memory.
