You can try setting DBTEMP=/path1:/path2:/path3...
where path1 to n are absolute pathnames where you have some disk
space. Otherwise, you might just want to up the space available in
/tmp
If DBSPACETEMP is supported (check in $INFORMIXDIR/etc/onconfig if
you have one), you can stick the names of some dbspaces in there (at
least four is recommended) -- they shouldn't really be used for
anything else, you should create new ones.
Remember, things are generally fragmented in a round robin fashion in
temp dbspaces, so you generally are limited by the size of the
smallest dbspace you allocate.
