I begin to learn informix. Before installing system, I want to learn the basic informations about informix. So I want to know if a very easy documentation exists, with a lot of basic schemas. (I'm sorry for my english) Thank you

The Informix documentation is well written and begins at the beginning with the "Guide to SQL: Tutorial" then goes on the the "Guide to SQL: Reference" finishing the series with the "Guide to SQL: Syntax". After you have gotten through these, if you are to be using the Informix Dynamic Server (IDS), rather than Standard Engine (SE), you will want to read the "Informix Administrator's Guide" which while lengthy is easy to read and will only put you to sleep three or four times, honest! > (I'm sorry for my english) Don't be.
