What it means

Common causes

A disk or tape read error, a device that went offline, or a file removed or truncated during the job.
A file or network mount that disappeared.

What to do

Check the device and system logs for I/O errors.
Restore access to the file, then rerun; use -s to start at a later record if some data is already loaded.
