iWatch is distributed by Oninit under licence. A free, time-limited trial is available for evaluation against a non-production instance of any supported database.

Email support.info@oninit.com with the following information:
- Which database engine(s) you want to evaluate against (Informix, Db2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SAP ASE, SAP IQ, OneDB)
- Database version
- Host operating system and version
- Whether the trial will run co-resident or on a separate host
- Approximate transaction volume on the target instance
Oninit will respond with a download link, an evaluation licence key, and a short install brief tailored to your environment. There is no obligation arising from the trial.
Licensing

| Multi-instance | Single iWatch instance licensed to monitor an arbitrary number of database instances of one engine type, within one organisation. |
| Multi-engine | Single iWatch instance licensed to monitor multiple database engine types at the same time. Common in mixed estates. |
| Enterprise | Site licence covering an entire estate. Suited to estates of more than ~25 instances. |
| Appliance | iWatch licensed bundled with a physical or virtual appliance positioned in front of the database tier. |
Support
iWatch is supported by the same Oninit engineering team that has supported the global Informix community for two decades — the “Down System Specialists.” Support contracts cover business-hours or 24×7 response, at customer choice; emergency recovery support is available out of contract by arrangement.
