Scope

This section applies to AI-assisted features within the Services, including features that generate, classify, summarize, transform, or analyze content using machine-learning models (“AI Features”).

Inputs and Outputs

Customer inputs to AI Features (“Inputs”) and the corresponding model responses (“Outputs”) are processed solely to provide the requested functionality. Oninit does not use individually identifiable Inputs or Outputs to train foundation or general-purpose AI models. Only aggregated, de-identified signals (such as latency, quality metrics, and error rates) may be used to monitor, secure, and improve the Services.

Accuracy and Human Review

AI Features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading Outputs. Outputs are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) and should be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied on for any consequential decision.

Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use AI Features to generate content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, including content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or designed to evade safety controls.

Third-Party Models

AI Features may rely on third-party model providers. Customers acknowledge that such providers may impose their own usage terms, and Oninit will comply with those terms in providing the Services.

Changes to AI Features

AI Features are evolving, and model behavior, capabilities, and providers may change over time. Oninit will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect customer workflows.
