Look at them. There may be errors or simple warnings. Example, with timestamp conflict resolution, it might be a warning like (updating a row that is'nt there, so we'll convert it to an insert). Or it might be an a valid SQL error (lock timeout expired). Its important information that can help you identify potential problems. I recommend getting them. Make a simple cron job to test for existence, then email you if they are there.
