Wow an Information Mangement marketing flyer and it has an IDS column...

Don't say I'm not fair and impartial. IBM had a flyer that I think (don't quote me on the mag) was CRN. Computer Reseller News. I get several CMP publications so I may be wrong on which pub had the advertisement. It was outside of the mag but in the shrink wrap. It had 2 DB2 success stories... ok ... but it also included *ONE* IDS success story. In my best Simon Cowell impersonation... frankly I'm impressed. It wasn't what I wanted, but its better than I expected from the likes of IBM. Maybe now that Software and Services pulled IBM through their earnings and IM is making money, they'll actually *spend* money on advertising? For those who think I'm just all doom and gloom, I'm not. Really. I just hate the cock-ups done by short sighted idiots that hurt the good work of others. I mean you have a team building a beautiful product, only to have the sales rep cock up and fail to close the deal for whatever reason.
