some files in /tmp

Need to check with the experts. Anyone knows whether we can remove/delete this files in the /tmp 1. files that has the format af.xxxx ; x = number or character 2. files that has the format shmem.xxxxx ; x = number or character 3. files that has the format xxxxxiusfiles ; x = number or character The dates of the files are quite old (last year). regards ameerul

The af/shmem files are result of the engine aborting or getting unhappy about something. Depending on your exact version depends on what you get. You can safely remove them, unless the shmem file is still being generated. Unlikely as they are over a year old :-))) The iusfiles I've never noticed so can't comment, but sounds like something used during the install????
