Cliff, Have you tried using an ODBC connection? I'm using CA's Erwin 4.1.4 with an ODBC connection. It does support Informix at least thru 9.4 Kevin Struckhoff Analytics Mgr. Sent: Friday, March 03, 2006 12:27 PM To: ids@iiug.org Subject: [SPAM] - ER Modeling Tool Capable of Working with Informix [6467] - Bayesian Filter detected spam I am trying to find a tool that will allow me to import or connect to an Informix instance/database and capture the schema for use in both documenting and assist in the training of new personnel to our multiple databases. I recently downloaded the ER/Modeling tool "Embarcadero ERStudio 7.0" since it stated on its download page it was capable of working with Informix; however, within the tool I can find no mention of Informix databases at all :( Any assistance would be appreciated. Take care.
