No, you shouldn't be removing that database. However, if this chunk is the
1st chunk of the rootdbs, then you will have to abandon this instance.

The cleanest solution is to restore instance 1 from an archive taken before
you added the new dbspace.

I have recovered from similar situations before by building another
instance and creating a similar chunk over the corrupt file. However, the
chunk being created MUST have the same chunk number, name, size and offset
as it does in the first instance.
I DO NOT recommend this as your solution, and in any event you should be
talking to IBM about the best way forward. It may be that they can dial in
and fix you up quicker than a restore.
