v11 to v12 upgrade and update stats

after converting to v12 over the weekend, we have noticed update stats is significantly slower - we use Art's dostats in the wee hours. wondered if anyone else saw the same? we are on aix 6.1 with HDR pair and RSS db version 12.1.FC5 prior was 11.7.FC6 thanks

Do you have USTLOW_SAMPLE turned on on 11.7 and off on 12.1? The environment variables like DBUPSPACE are the same? PDQ settings etc?
