So, I = don't think the NewEra SQLs are faster than VB SQLs. Otherwise, if you = use the *wrong* database typ in VB (maybe Access MDB which works RECORD = oriented and not SET oriented; this is overkill in a networked = environment with several users) it is really slower. cu Reiner BTW: What kind of database driver do I need to use NewEra as Win95 = client with a HP-UX informix online? Also ODBC and I-CLI 2.5?
