Server side Include in IIF2000 - how is it used?

I want to insert the current date in an HTML document using IIF2000 web datablade server side include feature. I know the function is <?MIVAR>$(PARSE-HTML,string)<?/MIVAR> but I have looked both in the Wed Datablade Administrators and Users Guide and have not found any example so far of how to do actually do this? Does anyone have any pointers? Thanks, Moses
