Error 139 in logical log backup

We are running ontape -c and often (but not always) get the following
message in online.log:
Process exited with return code 139: /bin/sh /bin/sh -c /home/informix
_s/etc/log_full.sh 2 23 "Logical Log 8380 Complete." "Logical Log 8380
Complete
From finderr, we are told to increase LOGSMAX; but this is set to 350 and we
have only 106 log files.
What happens ?

As you can see below, we nearly have the same message, except for the return
code:
23:53:36 Logical Log 8361 Complete.
23:53:36 Process exited with return code 1: /bin/sh /bin/sh -c
/usr/informix/etc/log_full.sh 2 23 "Logical Log 8361 Complete." "Logical Log
8361 Complete.
Since we also run Informix on NT, I looked in that online.log:
00:27:01 Logical Log 50670 Complete.
00:27:03 Logical Log 50670 - Backup Started
00:27:20 Logical Log 50670 - Backup Completed
On the NT-server the ontape -c is running, the Unix-server has device
/dev/null.
So, I suppose that the Unix message is telling me that the BU of that
logical log is finished.
PS: we are running Informix on Unix for just over 2 weeks, so I'm just
gessing!
