isreads/bufreads/pagereads?

Hello, All. I've question about meaning of column values in sysptprof table. What are isreads or iswrites? I only know, that those are ISAM read and write, but I want to know, what relations are, say, between bufreads and isreads, are they correlated? What is isread/iswrite anyway? Thanks in advance!
