Who knows this development tool ?

We have discovered a developpment tool called Eclipse Builder that required only 2 or 2.5 Mo of RAM to run and only small computer (you don't have to use a pentium or a 486 DX2 to run correctly this product). It runs on Mac and PC windows. With so few memory allocated, you can develop big applications with a lot of simultaneous windows. It manage perfectly the cursors (next, previous, relative are available with informix, oracle, ingres, ...). The cursor management is done automaticaly when you use the scroll bar of a scroll list. We were very impressed after 2 month of tests. I would like to get some informations (your own experience) about the cursor management in others development tools. For instance if in a cursor there are 1000 rows, and you want to display them in a local scroll list on your PC. Of course it's not a good idea to download all of these rows in the scroll list because it can crash the PC. So usually we have to download only few rows, and when the user click on the down arrow in the scroll bar, the next rows are dowloaded in the scroll list. What's happened when the user click in the up arrow of the scroll bar ? Perhaps you have noticed some other problems with others development products, what are for you the biggest problems you encountered with the development tool you chose ? So I will be able to check if this problem exists or no in Eclipse Builder.
