Which software do I need ?

Hello, we are planing to transform our PPS-system (ESQLC and Informix SE) to a Web-based Intranet software. What software do we need to create it ? Perhaps Foundation.2000 and i.Reach ? Are there any other software packages we need ? TIA Dirk
