Informix Client SDK 2.50 under WINNT 2000 Terminal Server

I installed Informix Client SDK 2.50 on WINNT 2000 Terminal Server under user account/user group admin successfully. I can setup Setnet32 and ODBC under this account with no problems and access to each IDS 2000 database. When logging in as an other user belonging to user group admin or an other user group I can't setup Setnet32. When attemping server information tab in Setnet32 I get the error message "could not open registry". I tried to use Terminal Server mode "NT 4" and "NT 2000" - but having the same problem. In terminal server mode "NT 4" each user has full access to each part of the registry. I've tried an old Client SDK 2.20 Setnet 32 worked fine - but the ODBC-Driver doesn't support the IDS 2000.
