what exactly does this thread?
have something with LRUs priority???
Is it tunable?

The bp_briosweep thread re-evaluates your buffer pool
usage and based on the usage counts of the individual
buffers and where they are laid out in the buffer can re-assign how
buffers are accessed and stored in the bufferpool.

It manages the BUFFER priority. It was introduced in 9.40 I believe...
probably not on the first fixpack.
As far as I know it's not tunable. If you're seeing some problem with it you
should contact support.
