I'll only mention that we did move from 5.0x SE to OnLine 7.10 without any help at all. We simply read *all* of the manuals and did as they stated. We have now been in production for several months without any significant problems and are doing all kinds of administration and tuning. There are however several important issues that you have to grasp fully and that aren't necessarily easy to become fully aware of from the manuals alone!
