PANIC! Bad date format in ODBC Query

Help ! I have create a component to connect to our Informix 7.30 database using VB6 and Informix 32 BIT Driver 3.30. Everything was working fine last week but now when I try and run a Query involving dates it is passing them through in American date format (mm/dd/yyyy) instead of Brittish date format (dd/mm/yyyy). Is there something I can set in SetNet32 to fix this? I have tried playing around with DBDATE but to no avail. At the unix end DBDATE is set to: DMY4/ I am supposed to be going live with this stuff this week so any help would be very much appreciated. Paul McLaughlin
