I'm afraid there isn't much you can do about the extents on the system
catalogs. I wish there were. It shouldn't affect performance TOO much,
because the catalogs are typically being cached anyway.
As for the temporary dbspace, you may consider dropping and readding it.
There aren't any tables in it now, because all of the tables are temporary
and go away. However, it looks like at some point you either had a very
large temp table or lots of concurrent temp tables.
