ontape -r problems...HELP

We've faithfully performed ontape -s and done level 0 backups daily. We're now trying to restore after a drive failure and having problems with ontape -r.After the Physical restore the online.log reports it completed with 0 pages restored. Then the Logical Recovery reports "Warning Physical Log size 1000 is too small." It then reports return code = 126. I've tried ontape -r -D rootdbs to try and restore the data from the tape, but it gives the same results. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and attention.
