Re: Connectivity to NT online workgroup server
Posted in 1998
Hi James,
I have written a tool that is currently under beta testing. It uses
ODBC to connect to multiple databases. You can connect to Informix, run
a query and export the data into DB2. You should be able to connect to
both NT and UNIX through TCP/IP.
Currently, there is no sheduling in the program to do the task
automation. However, if you like the program I can add that in for you.
Please go to the "Free Software" section at
http://www.summitdata.com/imranh and download the professional version
of WinSQL. Please let me know what you think about the program.
Imran.
