run in newera 3.0

Our Newera program's call other Newera program's with run 'program' returning exit_code When migrating our programs from v 2.20 to v 3.0 the new version of the called program never exit's (it closes the connection to the database). In the NT Task Manager the program is still in the active process list). The help for the run command states (more or less): --The run command cannot be used to execute other newera programs. If we change the run command to: run 'program' without waiting the called program terminates normaly. Right now we have tested run 'other_program program' returning exit_code and the other (non newera program) calls the newera program. This also works but it's not what we want. Questions: 1. Has anyone else encountered this problem? 2. Has anyone a fix for this problem (even with c code)? 3. Is it resolved in the next releases of newera (3.1, 3.11) ? Does anyone know when Newera 3.1 is coming out. You say informix commercial sector is weak out there but in here we only heard of the 3.0 release in March and only received the development kit at the end of June. Thanks for any answers.
