There should be a CD called Answers OnLine that mirrors what's on the web site. If you don't get this CD with your other installation media, ask your sales rep about it. You can also buy the print documentation, but I believe it's a couple hundred dollars. With the size of all their manuals together, I can see a decent chunk of that going to shipping costs. But you definitely can purchase it separately. > At a time when good customer service is in high demand, I'd like to know > why these important documents are not included in the media with the > software (CD, tape, etc.). The training documentation isn't that great, major reasons being they don't have indices and they don't offer it on CD. It's very difficult trying to find particular items in their training books unless you already have it marked with a sticky note. --Chuck Renaud cjrenaud@sinnfree.org
