7.x Manuals

Hi y'all! I've just received my ODS 7.23 and Tools 6.05 upgrades on CD, but there were no documentation manuals included, except UNIX installation and other thin manuals for the ODS connectivity products. Is it INFORMIX's policy, now, to have customers upgrading to new major releases purchase documentation separately? Or download huge PDF files via unreliable browser connections from http://www.informix.com/answers ? I need to know if I will have to explain to my superiors that after we've already spent tens of thousands of dollars on software, the documentation was not included in that final price quoted to me by the sales rep. At a time when good customer service is in high demand, I'd like to know why these important documents are not included in the media with the software (CD, tape, etc.). Or is it that they want us to enroll for training so that they could reward us by giving us the documentation in person? Educate me, someone. Please.
