Page Size for an OnLine System

Hi all,
is there an easy way to find out the page size of an
OnLine System.
+ it's not BUFFSIZE in the CONFIG page
+ neither is it the old BUFFSIZE parameter
+ nor is it "onstat -b"
+ and I don't want to create a table with 16KB and look
for the pages allocated.
I need an easier way for an ESQL/C program.
TIA,
Stefan Weideneder
PS: I still hope the page size is not hard-coded.
Actually, "onstat -b" or "onstat -R" is the easiest way to go.
Your page size (in bytes) will be represented by the value of "buffer size".

Hi, Stefan!
I'm not sure if it is this, what you want to know:
The only number I trust is using the fact, that you specify
sizes like EXTENT SIZE in CREATE TABLE in KB units, and
oncheck gives it back to you in pages.
The same is true for the ONCONFIG Parameter PHYSFILE and you
need an oninit -i to verify that. Of course you know much better
than I do that if you specify PHYSFILE, which must be >199 (KB),
with a size of 1000 KB and oncheck tells you and allocation size of
500 pages, your pagesize is 2 KB / page ....
