Two instances on one box, ONLINE 5 + IDS 7, HP UX 10.2

Hi all I have a problem where both instances want to start shared mem base at 0x0. The 5 engine is in production and cant bring it down. For the time being I moved the 7 engine to a spare server, but that server is going into production next week. Anyone with ideas to have 5 + 7 on same server. {How to correctly calc SHMEM base} Thanks Hannes
