Array Handling / Error -4518 ... Fixed ?

Does anyone know which, if any, releases of I4GL and RDS fix or lessen the possibility of -4518 (Out of temp string storage space) errors ? Also, an early maint release of v4.1 changed the behaviour of arrays so that when inserting a line using the insert key, the new line on screen contained data from the previous line, meaning that all array handling had to be re-written to explicitly clear the line on-screen.
