Is there any way to increase the size allowed for the generated HTML from a webdriver query. At the moment it is causing a error if it goes over 36k which, is crap.

Check your release notes, the pre 4.0 versions had this: You can configure an upper limit on the buffer size for the HTML data type by setting the MI_WEBMAXHTMLSIZE environment variable. Setting this variable allows dynamic memory allocation without causing Web server memory growth. The default buffer size is 32 K. For the NSAPI Webdriver, each thread will initially allocate 8 K, and grow up to MI_WEBMAXHTMLSIZE. You could set it in your web.cnf file.
