Igor, My guess is that you are running an older (and defective) copy of I-net. We had a version (5.00??? or something) that had that exact problem over a year ago. It was apparently a known bug in a specific version. You shouldn't see any significant delay whatsoever in querying over the net. By the way...our platform is SCO Unix.
