Re: 11.70xC3 conversion

The sysmaster database was not rebuilt after the upgrade. There should be a script, buildsmi.bat, probably in %INFORMIXDIR%\\etc. Run that script and it will drop and recreate the sysmaster database to include the new tables that 11.70.xC3 expects to see.
