11.70xC3 conversion

This is on Windows Server 2008 32 bit. I wonder why it failed and what it would have done if it had processed. Everything seems to run ok, but I get the following every hour: 12:06:03 SCHAPI: [Low Memory Reconfig 37-1] Error -206 The specified table (sysmaster:syslowmemorymgr) is not in the database. 12:06:03 SCHAPI: [Low Memory Reconfig 37-1] Error -111 ISAM error: no record found. What is causing this and should I expect other problems?
