HPL,Cannot execute "onpladm run job"

When I use HPL utility to load the data,and the execute user is not "informix",I encounter a problem,the error message is: Cannot execute stored procedure start_onpload SQL ERROR -668 If use the user "informix" to execute onpladm,everything is ok. OS: HP-UX B.11.11 U 9000/800 DATABASE version: IDS10.00.FC3R1 The Method: a)onpladm create job crbt_user -d /home/csp/lujuan/user20080317.unl -D csp -t crbt_user1 -fl; b)onpladm run job crbt_user -fl; In the lab,I use HPL utility in a Linux machine,and the DATABASE version is IDS10.00 FC6,the execute user is not "informix",but execute "onpladm run job crbt_user -fl" is ok. I can't reslove and understand this problem, please help,thanks in advance.

668 is either that you cannot run an OS command - unlikely in this case, or that you have not authenticated to the database in question. Check whether public has access to the onpload database (whatever you've named it). j. Sane ego te vocavi. I check that the user has the privileges to connect the onpload database. Today,I drop the onpload database,and grant dba to public,and create a new onpladm job,but the problem is also exist. Maybe some configure is not right?? Please give me some advice,thanks.
